A day in the life
6:00 AM — Morning prep fires
Phone on nightstand.
Claude pulled calendar, inbox since 9pm, yesterday's Granola transcripts. Top 3 moves today: (1) Send Matt the deck before 4pm call — flagged yesterday, not sent. (2) Bump Sarah on intro to David at Family Office — 9 days. (3) Confirm Friday panel — haven't replied, 3 attendees now on it. Calls today (3): 10:30 Lara at Fund (prep doc auto-built), 1:15 Brian at Pension (building now), 4:00 Matt at Firm (deck needed first). Follow-ups owed (4). You spend 4 min triaging, accept 3 tier changes, move on.
10:15 AM — Last-minute prep
10:30 with Lara in 15min. Prep doc already built.
4 pages: who Lara is, firm's last 6 deals, conversation hooks, three-beat answers, hard bans, one winning question. Skim. Ready.
1:15 PM — The Brian call
Goes in cold. Brian asks about specific portfolio company.
Prep doc has it. Riffs. Call goes well. 20min after, Granola transcript lands. Update skill catches commitment: send Brian one-pager on AI seed thesis by Friday. Now in TASKS.md.
3:55 PM — Email coach saves you
Matt email drafted. 3 sentences.
Pasted in. Score: Hook 4/10 ("I hope this email finds you well." Stop.), Specificity 7/10, Ask 8/10, Length 9/10, Tone 6/10. TOTAL 34/50 — Tighten. Takes rewrite, changes two words, sends. Matt replies in 11 minutes.
8:00 PM — Evening debrief
Kids asleep.

Download the .plugin file

Install into Claude — pick your method

Open terminal. Run

Unzip the file. Go to Settings → Skills. Upload each skill file one by one.

Connect Gmail + Google Calendar
These are required. Open Claude → Settings → Connections. Authorize Gmail and Calendar. Granola is optional but strongly recommended — it makes evening debriefs dramatically better because Claude can read your call transcripts.

Fill in your CLAUDE.md (~10 minutes)
Open the CLAUDE.md template that installed. Fill in: who you are, your search target, and your top 5 pipeline opportunities (Tier 1 = hot, Tier 2 = warm, Tier 3 = cold). This is your working memory — every skill reads from it every day. The more specific you are, the better your morning preps.

Tomorrow at 6am, morning prep fires automatically — top 3 moves, calls for the day, follow-ups owed. Tonight at 8pm, evening debrief runs — grade your day, advance pipeline, draft thank-yous. Ask "what should I do next?" any time for your ranked top 15 actions.
